About the role

As an Event Analyst, reporting to Manager, Event Managment, you’ll play a critical role in delivering high-impact experiences that elevate Nasdaq’s brand and deepen client engagement across major global initiatives—ranging from Mercedes F1 activations to executive offsites and curated client events.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute end-to-end event experiences, including large-scale conferences, partnership events, internal engagements, intimate dinners, and high-touch hospitality activations.
Manage event timelines and workflows, ensuring cross-team alignment and seamless on-time delivery.
Source, evaluate, and recommend venues globally, leveraging market and cultural trends to create differentiated experiences.
Develop and manage event budgets, overseeing forecasting, reconciliation, vendor payments, and compliance with procurement and legal policies.
Lead audience development and registration strategies, generating insights through event data, performance metrics, and ROI analysis to inform future initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or related field—or equivalent practical experience.
• 4+ years of experience in event planning, experiential marketing, or program management.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects under tight deadlines while maintaining high attention to detail.
• Strong communicator with demonstrated success coordinating cross-functional teams and external vendors.
• Proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Office, and event/CRM platforms including Marketo, Knak, Bizzabo, and Salesforce.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in high-touch client experiences, conferences, or executive-level events.
• Background in marketing, experiential strategy, or data-driven event analytics.
• Familiarity with cultural trends and emerging event technologies to elevate audience engagement.

This position will be located in Mexico City and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in-office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.
