Job Description

Overview

The Microsoft Customer and Partner Solutions (MCAPS) AI Transformation Office (AITO) is driving a fundamental shift in how Microsoft’s commercial business operates—enabling sellers to accelerate their own AI transformation with credibility and trust built from our experience as customer zero. This transformation requires bold, human-centered, AI-first change motions that accelerate adoption, reshape culture, and scale new ways of working across the organization.

Each day is different in the AI Transformation organization. The AI Transformation Change & Adoption Lead role requires an individual who is self-motivated, adaptive, self-directed, and proactive. This individual is comfortable with ambiguity and brings clear, impactful communication in a complex, heavily matrixed environment, while driving high-quality results. AI Transformation team members are expected to uphold the team’s philosophy of operating with a growth mindset, grounded in the highest levels of integrity, inclusivity, and trust.

This role focuses on advising and practicing change in the agentic age. The individual will work with peers and leadership to advance the human-centered change strategy—developing change interventions and impactful experiences for critical roles, functions, and moments that matter—as AI and automation transform how work is done across Microsoft Customer and Partner Solutions.

Microsoft’s mission is to empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more. As employees we come together with a growth mindset, innovate to empower others, and collaborate to realize our shared goals. Each day we build on our values of respect, integrity, and accountability to create a culture of inclusion where everyone can thrive at work and beyond.
