Job Description:

We’re looking for an AVP Global Sourcing & Procurement who is ready to shape high‑impact strategies on a global stage. In this role, you’ll lead the development and execution of category strategies and sourcing initiatives across both regional and global markets, focusing on non‑merchandise spend areas that directly support the company’s growth ambitions. You’ll have the opportunity to influence enterprise‑wide decisions, drive meaningful cost and process improvements, and partner with senior leaders across the business. What You’ll Do:

• Set the strategic vision for GS&P and collaborate with senior leaders on long‑term sourcing and procurement direction.
• Develop and implement regional and global GS&P strategies, financial plans, and cross‑functional supply management initiatives.
• Lead the GS&P team, ensuring effective execution of sourcing plans, procure‑to‑pay processes, and PO compliance.
• Build strong business relationships across TJX brands to understand needs, embed sourcing opportunities, and challenge existing requirements.
• Negotiate complex supplier agreements and manage governance, compliance, and risk‑mitigation programs.
• Foster innovation, lead talent development, and provide senior‑level counsel as the GS&P subject‑matter expert.

About You:

• 10–12 years in strategic sourcing or procurement, including 5+ years in leadership roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Business, or equivalent experience; SCMP/CIPS/CPSM certification preferred.
• Deep expertise in strategic sourcing and procurement with strong organizational, analytical, and negotiation skills.
• Proven leadership ability with strong communication, relationship‑building, and stakeholder‑influencing capabilities.
• Demonstrated strength in strategic thinking, problem solving, and managing large‑scale organizational change.
• Strong people‑management skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office, Lawson, and Oracle.

Salary Range: $139,216.00-$210,812.80 /year *This represents the expected hiring range and may not represent the full pay range for the position. The salary offered may be higher than the posted range depending on several factors such as relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
