About the Role:

As a Corporate Systems Operations Senior Manager, you and your team will be responsible for the maintenance, development, and support of critical corporate systems (“the run”) such as Salesforce, Workday, procurement/CLM solutions, and other corporate applications. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the smooth operation of these systems, leading releases, helping the transitions from BUILD to RUN (based on CI/CD and automation best practices), implementing technical solutions and managing BAU enhancements while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards through audits and proactive measures. Stakeholders management, efficient communication, automation/AI introduction, tickets reductions and quality delivery will be the main mottos of your role.


 

Essential duties and responsibilities

Systems Maintenance and Support

  • Monitor the health and performance of all corporate systems, including Salesforce, NetSuite, middleware solution and Workday, to ensure uninterrupted operations.

  • Respond promptly to system alerts, incidents, and user-reported issues, troubleshooting and resolving them efficiently.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address technical challenges and implement system enhancements.

  • Assist in the planning and execution of system upgrades, patches, and enhancements, following operational change management protocols.

  • Identify opportunities for system optimization (Monitoring and AI focus) and performance tuning to enhance user experience and efficiency.

  • Monitor data quality and maintain data integrity and accuracy, including record cleansing and duplicate record management (AI enablement).

  • Create clear and intuitive documentation and channel of communication to supplement releases

Change management

  • Build and configure small enhancements across corporate systems applications to meet internal stakeholder expectations based on a governance framework to address proper capacity planning and effective solutions delivery.

  • Collaborate with the “BUILD” team during solutioning, testing and validation of new features before deployment to production ensuring an efficient transition between the “build” and the “run” phases.

Compliance and Audits

  • Conduct regular audits of corporate systems to ensure compliance with internal policies, industry regulations, and data protection standards.

  • Develop and maintain documentation related to compliance procedures, configurations, and controls.

  • Collaborate with internal audit teams and external auditors to address audit findings and implement corrective actions.


 

Education, Experience & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.

  • Experience administering and supporting enterprise systems such as Salesforce, or Workday is preferred.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in salesforce development.

  • Comfortable working in an agile environment with a small team of administrators, dev and QA engineers.

  • Understanding of PDLC (project delivery life cycle) methodologies (Waterfall, Agile).

  • Solid understanding of DevOps principles and practices, with hands-on experience in automation tools such as Jenkins, Ansible, BitBucket, Copado,, GitHub, or similar CI/CD Tools.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and drive resolution.

  • Team player and ability to reach across all areas of the business to collaborate and bridge gaps

  • Experience liaising with Product Organization, Technical Teams & Developers to gather and translate requirements

  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards such as GDPR, SOC 2, and experience implementing compliance measures.

  • Organized with a rigorous attention to detail, drive for excellence, and a positive “can-do” approach

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and all levels of management.

  • Experience of Atlassian eco-system: Jira, Confluence.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Exposure to Automation testing Frameworks especially Copado suites (Robotic testing,  CI/CD) will be a big plus.

At Kyriba we value pay transparency and fairness. 

For new hires, the annual base salary range for this role is zł326,900.00 - zł413,450.00 based on a full-time schedule. Salary can progress beyond this range through sustained performance and demonstrated success in the role. In addition to base pay, this position may be eligible for variable compensation (eg. performance bonus or commission-based plan) and a long-term incentive. The final package will be determined by factors such as skills, experience and qualifications.
