We’re currently looking for a high caliber professional to join our team as Fraud Ops Intermediate Analyst (Internal Job Title: Fraud Ops Intermediate Analyst  C11) based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

The Fraud Operations Senior Supervisor (C11) is a critical leadership role responsible for managing fraud analysts within Commercial Cards operations. This position ensures operational integrity, drives performance excellence, and oversees the timely resolution of fraud alerts, investigations, and comprehensive reporting. The Senior Supervisor leverages deep disciplinary knowledge to guide their team, influence process decisions, and continuously optimize fraud controls and workflows, contributing significantly to fraud prevention and loss mitigation strategies across multiple regions.

In this role, you’re expected to:

  • Lead and mentor a small-sized team of fraud analysts, fostering high levels of performance, accuracy, and engagement. Oversee staffing, training initiatives, performance evaluations, and professional development plans for team members.

  • Maintain and ensure operational readiness across 24/7 fraud monitoring functions. Oversee the timely review of fraud alerts, including Two-Way alerts, and manage suspicious activity escalations.

  • Review Quality Control results, address identified errors and implement corrective actions to enhance operational accuracy. Ensure robust adherence to maker-checker controls for all fraud reporting activities.

  • Ensure accurate Management Information Systems reporting, Key Performance Indicator tracking, and the maintenance of operational dashboards.

  • Manage specific exceptions, including VIP servicing, high-value case flows, and expired alerts, in strict adherence to company policy.

  • Collaborate effectively with senior fraud leaders and regional fraud heads to align fraud strategies and initiatives.

As a successful candidate, you’d ideally have the following skills and exposure:

  • 2–5 years of relevant fraud experience.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Knowledge of industry fraud standards and advanced fraud systems.

  • Amendable to work on a NAM shift and should be open to work in 24/7 shift environment, including weekends and public holidays
