As the Account Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a client's Amazon, Retail Media and Search initiatives. This includes developing strategy and managing the execution of performance search media based on the client's business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Solid understanding and interest in online marketing, in particular Amazon, Retail Media, and Search Engine Marketing.
  • Create, manage and execute strategic Ecommerce and search marketing plans that meet client goals
  • Create, presents and gain client approval on insertion orders, campaign strategies and tactics
  • Oversee and deliver on Account Management business processes
  • Forecast, generate and maximize revenue opportunities with clients
  • Monitor, track, evaluate, report and optimize campaign performance to maximize client investment
  • Deliver monthly client reports, verify data accuracy, provide analysis and keep clients updated on account status.
  • Scope and develop new business with companies looking to meet their marketing goals using search marketing
  • Build a solid partnership with your account’s media planners and the client services team, balancing each others’ expertise to find and develop practical ideas for future media growth, channel expansions or channel optimization
  • Maintain positive client relationships, expectations, and communications with the assistance of internal resources
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in digital marketing, emerging ecommerce platforms as well as consumer behavior to recommend improvements to accounts
