Your New Role…
The Manager, Analytics Engineering – Revenue Assurance leads the development, governance, and reliability of analytics data products that ensure the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of Direct‑to‑Consumer (DTC) revenue and billing data across Warner Bros. Discovery’s digital businesses.
This role manages a team of Analytics Engineers responsible for transforming high‑volume commerce, subscription, payment, and partner data into trusted, auditable analytics assets supporting revenue assurance, financial reporting, and operational controls. The position partners closely with Finance, Product, Engineering, and Data teams to reduce revenue risk, prevent leakage, and increase automation and transparency across the DTC ecosystem.

Your Role Accountabilities...
Lead and oversee the architecture, performance, and operation of analytics data pipelines built on Databricks and Apache Spark supporting revenue‑critical datasets
Manage and guide a team of Analytics Engineers, providing technical leadership, code review, and optimization support for large‑scale transactional data processing
Define standards and technical direction for data transformations, integrations, and automation using SQL and Python for revenue assurance and reconciliation use cases
Establish and enforce best practices for data quality, testing, deployment, documentation, and version control to ensure analytics assets are auditable and reusable
Partner with Revenue Assurance, Accounting, FP&A, Tax, Audit, Product, and Engineering teams to translate financial and operational requirements into scalable analytics solutions
Drive continuous improvement by proactively identifying revenue risks, reducing manual processes, and adopting tools or methodologies that enhance data quality and financial controls
Qualifications and Experience...
Proven experience leading analytics or data engineering in complex, high‑volume data environments
Proven experience designing and operating data pipelines
Strong understanding of revenue assurance, financial reporting, reconciliations, or billing data in digital or subscription‑based businesses
Ability to translate financial and business requirements into scalable, well‑governed analytics solutions
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience partnering across Finance, Product, Engineering, and Data teams
Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data quality, automation, auditability, and continuous improvement
