Arvin Post Acute is seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to provide compassionate care and evidence-based therapy to our residents in a skilled nursing setting.
Responsibilities:
Perform speech/language and swallowing assessments
Develop personalized treatment plans
Educate residents, families, and staff
Maintain accurate documentation and billing logs
Participate in interdisciplinary care planning and program development
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Active CA SLP license (or eligibility)
CPR certification (or willing to obtain)
Excellent communication and documentation skills
LTC/SNF experience preferred but not required
