Your role and responsibilities
Working in a brand-new Agile Organization in Smart Power Division and under Electrification Business Area, you will join a global and structured R&D team, and you will play a key role in identifying, proposing and implementing innovative technology and solutions by contributing with own ideas.

You will be mainly accountable for:
- Realize the design of architecture and technical details, the circuit simulation and the development of electronic project which requires knowledge of analog, digital and low power electronics.
- Take care of design optimization by identification of technical, architectural and circuitry solutions, exploiting the highest integration with the rest of product (mechanical part, sensors and implementation) and collaborating with the Company departments involved in the Product Development Process (Engineering, Procurement, Quality, etc.).
- Run the project development, implementing the executive drawings, the all-project documentation (from pre-feasibility studies to detail design documents which the test plan or whatever other required) and the required product documentation.
- Carry out preliminary tests for design pre-validation, analyze the quality and reliability of the product at a theoretical level as well.
- Support the Test Lab during all the testing phases, evaluate synthesis of reports of Test and Quality Laboratories and express your definitive opinion on validation of final product.
- Draw up the technical documentation required for production of the electronic product and carry out activities to support and maintain the product when requested.
- Collaborate within the Agile Team to ensure alignment, efficiency, and effectiveness in the execution of the user stories (initiatives broken down during the activities backlog creation).
Qualifications for the role
- Studies background in Electronics, Bachelor or Master’s degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering are preferred.
- 3+ years' experience in design and analysis of analog signal conditioning/filter stages, power conversion topologies, communication protocols and actuator driver circuitry
- Knowledge of active product maintenance design processes
- Ability to read and understand technical specifications and electronic schematics
- Design experience in HW in industrial applications and/or knowledge of the EMC product standards and troubleshooting are a plus
- Knowledge of PCBA manufacturing processes is a plus
- Familiar with Altium designer or equivalent and PSPICE simulator or equivalent
- Basic knowledge of oscilloscopes, function generators, others test equipment and familiar with electronic board re-working
- Proactivity, ability to create innovation, negotiation and networking skills; excellent command of both Italian and English.
- Problem solving ability in analyzing, identifying the root cause and applying solution
