Role Summary & Impact

The role focuses on managing day-to-day media investment execution across Television  and digital platforms. It requires strong expertise in deal execution, inventory management, and campaign delivery, ensuring investments are implemented efficiently and in line with approved plans and budgets.

Key Responsibilities – Media Investment

  • Execute end-to-end TV investments across genres (GEC, Movies, News, Sports, Regional)
  • Drive rate negotiations and deal closures with broadcasters and digital partners
  • Ensure competitive CPRPs/CPMs and optimal inventory utilization
  • Manage campaign releases, scheduling, and tracking of delivery
  • Monitor delivery vs. commitments, identify gaps, and ensure timely resolution
  • Maintain accuracy in deal entries, documentation, and reconciliations
  • Coordinate with planning, and internal teams to align on execution requirements
  • Provide inputs on market trends, pricing benchmarks, and inventory availability
  • Ensure investments are executed in line with client-approved plans and timelines
  • Build and maintain working relationships with broadcasters, OTT platforms, and publishers
  • Identify and secure value-added opportunities (bonus spots, integrations, sponsorships)
  • Ensure adherence to financial processes, booking protocols, and audit requirements
  • Track and report investment efficiency metrics (CPRP, CPM, delivery vs. commitment, spillages) 

Skills & Experience

  • Relevant experience 5-6 years
  • Strong understanding of TV media investment and execution processes
  • Good negotiation and commercial acumen
  • Knowledge of CPRP, inventory dynamics, and buying benchmarks
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously with accuracy
  • Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
  • Attention to detail and process-driven approach
  • Strong operational and coordination skills
