Role Overview  

The team is for Enterprise Sales plays a core role in the B2B growth engine of Rocket Now and this position is a highly analytical, strategy-adjacent position designed to bridge the gap between complex data and frontline execution.
You will be responsible for building the analytical frameworks that allow our Enterprise team to acquire new brand partners, optimize account performance, and drive incremental revenue through ads and promotional products. Beyond external partner insights, you will own the internal performance narrative, designing the dashboards and reporting structures that track target attainment and brand-level health for senior leadership.

 

What You Will Do 

  • Sales Enablement & Growth Insights
    • Pitch Intelligence: Develop data-driven narratives to support the acquisition of major brand partners, using SQL-based insights to prove the "Rocket Now" value proposition to C-suite prospects.
    • Upsell Strategy: Identify white-space opportunities within the existing portfolio to drive adoption of promotional products, increasing "share of wallet" for key enterprise clients.
    • Coverage Optimization: Analyze store penetration (Online vs. Total Addressable Market) to identify geographic gaps and provide the sales team with a roadmap for partner location expansion.
  • Account Performance & Goal Tracking
    • Operational Health: Monitor brand-level operational metrics (e.g., prep times, cancellation rates) to ensure partners are meeting agreed-upon KPIs and maintaining a high-quality customer experience.
    • QBR/MBR Frameworks: Design the data structures for Quarterly and Monthly Business Reviews, ensuring the team provides high-value, actionable insights to brand executives rather than raw data.
    • Performance Accountability: Act as the "source of truth" for account health, identifying which brands are underperforming against internal goals and proposing data-backed interventions.
