The Role

We are hiring a Dynamics 365 Lead Consultant with deep expertise in Dynamics 365 Field Service to serve as a fully billable, delivery-focused leader on customer engagements.

This role is designed for a techno-functional consultant who thrives in execution—someone who works directly with customers day-to-day, leads solution delivery from end to end, and stays closely involved in configuration, validation, and problem-solving throughout the lifecycle of an implementation.

You will spend the vast majority of your time delivering, configuring, guiding, and optimizing Dynamics 365 Field Service solutions for customers.

What You’ll Do

Own End-to-End Delivery (100% Billable)

  • Serve as a lead for Dynamics 365 Field Service implementations
  • Lead discovery, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support
  • Translate customer requirements into practical, scalable, production-ready solutions
  • Maintain accountability for scope, quality, and successful outcomes on assigned engagements

Be Hands-On and Techno-Functional

  • Configure Dynamics 365 Field Service including work orders, incident types, service agreements, scheduling, and mobile experience
  • Support asset management, preventive maintenance, and inspection scenarios
  • Partner with architects and developers on integrations and customizations
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues across build, test, and post-deployment phases

Partner Closely with Customers

  • Engage stakeholders across frontline, operational, and IT teams
  • Facilitate working sessions and design reviews
  • Provide practical guidance grounded in real-world field service operations

Lead Within Delivery Teams

  • Mentor and guide consultants on project teams
  • Review deliverables for quality and best-practice alignment
  • Contribute to delivery standards and Field Service best practices
