Ми шукаємо проактивну та вмотивовану людину, яка хоче розвиватися у сфері комунікацій і долучитися до реалізації внутрішніх та зовнішніх комунікаційних проєктів. Це чудова можливість отримати практичний досвід у міжнародній виробничій компанії, працювати з різними форматами контенту та брати участь у проєктах, які формують корпоративну культуру й досвід співробітників.

Ключові завдання :

• Підтримка внутрішніх комунікацій: підготовка анонсів, новин, інформаційних оновлень та матеріалів для внутрішніх каналів

• Допомога в організації корпоративних заходів, включаючи координацію підрядників, замовлення брендованої продукції та логістичний супровід

• Участь у плануванні та реалізації календаря комунікаційних активностей і внутрішніх подій

• Підтримка ініціатив із залучення, мотивації та визнання співробітників

• Підготовка презентацій, візуальних матеріалів та комунікаційного контенту

• Створення контенту для соціальних мереж і внутрішніх платформ компанії

Вимоги :

• Впевнені комунікаційні навички українською та англійською мовами

• Рівень англійської — від B1 (Intermediate)

• Базове володіння пакетом MS Office, зокрема PowerPoint

• Досвід створення візуального контенту в Canva або інших графічних інструментах

• Розуміння принципів роботи соціальних мереж (Facebook, Instagram)

• Інтерес до внутрішніх комунікацій та розвитку бренду роботодавця

• Організованість, уважність до деталей та проактивний підхід до роботи

• Вміння працювати в режимі багатозадачності та ефективно взаємодіяти з різними командами

• Досвід у сфері комунікацій, створення контенту або ведення соціальних мереж буде перевагою
