The Provider Enrollment Coordinator is an entry level role that provides essential administrative and operational support to the Provider Enrollment team.  This position plays a key role in ensuring timely and accurate processing of provider enrollment activities by monitoring mail systems, managing shared inboxes and supporting directory audit completion.  Attention to detail, organization and consistent follow-through are critical to the success of this role. The candidate will report to the Provider Enrollment Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor enrollment related systems including Medistreams to distribute incoming mail to Provider Enrollment team.

  • Manage the Provider Enroll Inbox by reviewing incoming email messages, distribute requests and ensuring timely responses.

  • Support completion of provider directory audits by verifying data accuracy.

  • Maintain accurate records of enrollment activities and ensure proper documentation is stored in designated systems.

  • Collaborate with Provider Enrollment Specialists and Manager to ensure deadlines are met.

  • Escalate issues or delays to appropriate team members as needed.

  • Perform general administrative support tasks for the Provider Enrollment team.

  • Special projects as needed.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.

  • Familiarity with provider enrollment processes (a plus but not required).

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to manage multiple high-volume tasks and prioritize effectively in fast paced environment.

  • Ability to follow processes and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).


Salary: $20-22/hr
