We’re looking for a Logistics Specialist to join our Distribution team in Japan.

As a Logistics Specialist you’ll be responsible for managing our end to end logistics process and cost from custom clearance, warehousing until delivery to our customer locations with our 3PL Logistics partners in Japan.

What you’ll do

• Manage Import Clearance process
• Manage Warehouse Inbound process
• Work with 3PL to continuously improve operations and processes
• Issue PO, validate and handle monthly invoices from logistics vendors
• Manage overall cost within budget

Your qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in logistics/supply-chain/warehouse operations. Preferably experience from electronics/manufacturing industry
• Have a Bachelor degree and good understanding of import export process, warehousing and transport management
• Knowledgeable in MS Excel and experience using ERP system, preferably SAP
• Meticulous, team player and good communication skills
• Native Japanese level and Business English level
