Fullstack Engineer | Growth & Transformation

This role requires a hybrid schedule and will be based in our South Charlotte, NC Headquarters (Tuesday through Thursday) and work fully remotely on Mondays and Fridays each week.

The Red Platform team at Red Ventures is seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer to help build and scale the personalization and data platform that powers experiences across our portfolio. In this role, you’ll contribute to platform infrastructure and intelligent systems, working with Go microservices, TypeScript applications, and Python-based AI agents. You’ll collaborate with teammates to design, implement, and improve scalable systems, leveraging modern and AI-assisted development practices to deliver reliable, data-driven capabilities.

What You'll Do:

• Build dynamic, responsive user interfaces with React and TypeScript
• Develop high-performance backend APIs and services using Go (Golang)
• Build intelligent agents and agentic systems using Python and frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, or similar
• Own end-to-end delivery of features and capabilities, from design through deployment
• Leverage agentic coding tools and AI-assisted development to accelerate delivery and enhance code quality
• Coordinate with data science, product, design, and other engineering teams to deliver quality solutions
• Contribute to key architectural decisions and system design across our diverse tech stack
• Build solutions that are scalable, secure, and maintainable using modern best practices
• Participate in code reviews to maintain high standards and share knowledge
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure using GitHub Actions, Terraform, and AWS
• Drive consistency through design patterns and best practices across our TypeScript, Go, and Python codebases
• Continually look for opportunities to build value in the codebase: set standards, build tools, and automate work to make yourself and your team better and faster
• Experiment with and integrate AI-powered development tools to enhance team productivity

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of software engineering experience
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript for both frontend and backend development
• Experience with Go (Golang) or strong interest and ability to learn quickly
• Solid experience with React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks
• Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest, Vitest, Cypress, or Playwright
• Proficiency in version control tools like Git
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, CircleCI, or similar)
• Excellent communication skills for effective cross-functional collaboration
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Growth mindset: A relentless desire to learn and excel in a tech-driven environment
• Enthusiasm for modern development practices including AI-assisted coding and agentic development tools

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Production experience with Go (Golang) in high-traffic environments
• Experience building AI agents using Python with frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, or similar
• Experience with LLM orchestration and prompt engineering
• Experience working in AWS cloud environments
• Experience with infrastructure as code such as Terraform
