About The Role

Recruiting exists here for one reason: to find people who will actually perform once they're in the seat — not just to fill it. The pipelines, the funnels, the processes are all in service of that one outcome.

In this role, you'll own complex technical hiring end-to-end, with a focus on impact, quality, and scale. You'll work closely with leadership and hiring managers to shape strategy, sharpen how we assess people, and make the whole process faster and smarter — increasingly with AI carrying the parts that used to eat your week, so your judgment goes where it actually matters.

What you'll do:

  • Own recruiting processes end-to-end, from intake to offer, with high quality, speed, and a strong candidate experience;
  • Design assessment and selection that genuinely predicts on-the-job performance, not résumé pattern-matching;
  • Build creative, scalable, data-informed sourcing strategies that produce high-performing pipelines;
  • Put AI to work across the hiring process: test new tools, build better workflows, and free your judgment for the parts that need a human;
  • Partner with hiring managers and leadership to challenge assumptions, clarify what "great" really looks like, and improve decisions;
  • Use funnel data to find bottlenecks, prioritize effort, and influence stakeholders with evidence;
  • Continuously improve our processes, tools, and ways of working, keeping complex stakeholders aligned on status, risks, and trade-offs;
  • Write hiring plans and job descriptions tied to business priorities, role complexity, and long-term team needs.

  • A strong track record recruiting for complex Engineering roles (Management, Front-end, Back-end, Full-stack, Security and Data);
  • A critical, analytical mind: you connect information, question assumptions, and make well-reasoned decisions;
  • Structured thinking and the ability to stay clear-headed in complex or ambiguous situations;
  • Real curiosity about AI and a habit of using it: you already bring AI tools into your own work, and you want to go deeper;
  • Agility: you learn new tools and skills fast and adapt as the work changes;
  • A builder's instinct for process: you notice inefficiency and proactively design smarter, more scalable ways of working;
  • The ability to use data and funnel metrics to inform strategy, find bottlenecks, and improve hiring outcomes;
  • High standards for assessment quality, documentation, structured processes, and candidate experience;
  • Strong stakeholder management: you build trusted relationships and keep partners aligned through complexity;
  • A deep sense of ownership and accountability, with a track record of going beyond expectations to deliver results;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, adapted to different audiences (candidates, peers, leaders, executives);
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English.
