Your Mission:
Own the Operations
Lead and manage daily plant performance across all four sites - production, scheduling, quality, inventory, fleet, safety and reporting.
You set the standard; the team follows your lead.
Drive Sales & Business Development
Get out into the community. Build partnerships. Connect with builders, contractors, councils and local industry.
Spot opportunities. Convert them. Grow the region.
Lead a High‑Performing Team
Coach, support, motivate and develop a close-knit team across multiple locations.
Create a culture where people feel valued, supported and proud of the work they deliver.
Shape the Future
Keep an eye on market shifts, competitor activity and customer needs.
Bring fresh ideas. Influence decisions. Help shape our Northern Tas strategy.
