Drive transformation at the heart of global operations. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping and stabilizing Order Management processes as part of a major SAP S/4HANA transformation initiative. Working across global and local teams, you will help ensure smooth transitions, optimize end-to-end Order to Cash processes, and contribute to delivering operational excellence in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Job Description

This role is for temporary period of time, of 18 months.

Key Responsibilities

• Support implementation of SAP S/4HANA Order Management processes within the Lean Digital Core program
• Validate end-to-end Order to Cash processes across sales, delivery, invoicing, and billing adjustment activities
• Provide functional support during testing, cutover, and hypercare to ensure stable business operations
• Act as a subject matter expert for Sales and Distribution, resolving issues and supporting process clarifications
• Identify process gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities, recommending solutions aligned with digital standards
• Ensure data accuracy and process consistency during transition from legacy systems to SAP S/4HANA
• Partner with global and local stakeholders to drive standardization, compliance, and operational excellence

Essential Requirements

• Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Sales and Distribution processes and related Order Management activities
• Proven experience supporting SAP S/4HANA implementation or business transformation projects
• Solid understanding of end-to-end Order to Cash processes in a global business environment
• Experience working across cross-functional teams in supply chain or customer fulfillment operations
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills with close attention to detail
• Advanced English language skills, both written and spoken

Desirable Requirements

• Experience in pharmaceutical, life sciences, or other highly regulated industries
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and confidence working with process data and project documentation
