Who we’re looking for
Toyota’s San Francisco Region is looking for a passionate and highly-motivated Part and Service Marketing Administrative Assistant.
The Parts and Service Marketing Administrative Assistant's primary responsibilities include clerical and general administrative support for the PSSEM, CSFM, and CSOM. This position also interacts with and supports the District Service and Parts Managers and District Sales Managers.
What you’ll be doing
Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Sales (TCMC/ToyotaCare) Trackers and Reports
DSPM Ranking
Effective Tracking/Completion of Incentive Scoring and Promotion Enrollments
Using stated criteria, create tracking mechanism and timely delivery of information to dealers and DSPMs, after management review.
Administrative support for TCS incentives with scoring calculations and updates using objectives, approved by management based on actual sales figures of tires, batteries, brakes and wipers, P&A less Warranty, CPRO, Net Sales, and SCR for each dealer.
Track and report sales of DIO and PPO Accessories
Incentive and Promotion FISS Payments
Update After Sales Dealer Daily websites
Assist CSOM and CSFM with ADHOC requests (SMAP Reporting)
Assist with completing requisitions for contests and events
Warranty Labor Rate Increase requests
Create presentation pages for marketing and aftersales for monthly TDA meetings
Additional ADHOC requests from the direct manager
Ownership and monthly report on all Fixed Ops budget-related items
What you bring
Associate degree or higher or equivalent professional work experience
Strong MS Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills
Excellent organizational skills
Strong ability to multi-task on a variety of projects
Strong knowledge of supporting departments, and organizations with operations policies and procedures Added bonus if you have
Experience with catering or coordinating meetings/luncheons
Nice to have
Automotive experience at either the corporate or regional level
Tableau Experience
