Essential Job Functions:

• Perform routine laboratory experiments, testing, and analyses in accordance with established methods and safety standards
• Accurately document experimental data, observations, and results in laboratory notebooks and systems
• Support formulation development, product improvement, and troubleshooting activities
• Collaborate with senior chemists and cross‑functional teams to meet project and business objectives
• Maintain laboratory equipment, materials, and a safe, organized working environment
• Follow quality, regulatory, and environmental procedures to ensure compliant operations

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or a related scientific discipline
• Foundational laboratory experience gained through industry, internships, or academic research
• Working knowledge of basic analytical and laboratory techniques
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and documentation skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team‑based environment
• Curiosity, resilience, and a willingness to learn and grow in a fast‑paced setting
