El Brand Assistant Respiratory es co-responsable de garantizar la correcta ejecución de la estrategia de marca, asegurando su alineación con los objetivos de crecimiento del negocio. La posición actúa como un vínculo clave entre Marketing y las áreas comerciales, integrando el entendimiento profundo del consumidor, el mercado y las tendencias para desarrollar y ejecutar planes que impulsen el desempeño de la marca de manera sostenible y rentable
Principales responsabilidades:
- Co-diseñar y ejecutar la estrategia de marca, asegurando su implementación consistente en todos los puntos de contacto con el consumidor, para contribuir al crecimiento anual de ventas netas y participación de mercado de la marca.
- Dar seguimiento a los objetivos de crecimiento de la marca (ventas, participación de mercado, distribución, percepción de marca, penetración y rentabilidad).
- Asegurar la ejecución efectiva del plan anual de marketing dentro del presupuesto asignado, impulsando la relevancia y preferencia de marca mediante estrategias centradas en el consumidor.
- Analizar información del consumidor, data de mercado y tendencias para identificar oportunidades y riesgos.
- Colaborar estrechamente con áreas comerciales (Ventas, Trade Marketing, Expert) para asegurar la correcta ejecución en campo.
- Monitorear el desempeño de la marca mediante KPIs, análisis de ROI y evaluaciones post-campaña.
- Participar en proyectos de innovación o extensiones de línea, desde el análisis hasta su lanzamiento.
- Coordinar agencias externas (creativas, medios, investigación de mercados).
- Asegurar el cumplimiento regulatorio de materiales y comunicaciones, trabajando con las áreas médica y legal.
- Mantener un análisis continuo del entorno competitivo y tendencias del mercado.
¿Por qué TÚ?
Tus calificaciones:
- Licenciatura en Administración, Marketing, Comunicación, Ingeniería o afín
- 2 a 4 años de experiencia en área de marketing o afín, preferentemente en empresas de consumo masivo o farmacéuticas.
- Experiencia previa trabajando con marcas, análisis de mercado y colaboración con equipos comerciales.
- Principios de Brand Management y Marketing Estratégico.
- Análisis de mercado, consumer insights y KPIs de marketing.
- Procesos comerciales y de ejecución en punto de venta.
- Deseable conocimiento del marco regulatorio farmacéutico.
- Inglés Avanzado
