About the role

Key Responsibilities:
Perform cloud-based content management and lease data entry.
Assist the Leasing and Property Manager in maintaining the property database and lease records.
Support the Design and Resource Team by coordinating with vendors, maintaining records, and placing orders.
Support Project Managers during program site visits and assist in developing work or repair plans.
Perform general administrative duties including clerical work, filing, scanning, and database management.
Carry out additional duties as assigned by the Program Development department team.
Preferred Qualifications:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong commitment to and passion for the organization’s mission.
Highly organized with strong multitasking abilities.
Basic knowledge and awareness of Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (ID/DD).
Schedule: Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 9AM - 5PM
