Why this job is important

Our clients trust us to deliver accurate, timely and transparent billing for complex, project‑based services. As a Q2C Billing Specialist, you’ll help make that happen. You’ll play a key role in supporting customer billing from project set‑up through to invoicing, helping us work consistently, efficiently and in line with our Quote to Cash principles. Your work will support strong client relationships and help our teams focus on what they do best.

What you’ll be doing

  • Supporting and performing end‑to‑end billing for Kantar’s customers, making sure invoices are accurate, timely and compliant
  • Working with third‑party partners involved in project commissioning and billing activities
  • Helping improve how we work by supporting billing standardisation and ongoing process improvements
  • Applying Kantar’s Group Quote to Cash policies and supporting consistent ways of working
  • Working closely with colleagues across Quote to Cash and Finance to help resolve billing questions and queries

The ideal skills & experience

  • Experience working in Billing, Accounts Receivable, Order to Cash or Quote to Cash environments
  • A good understanding of billing processes and financial controls
  • Confidence working with ERP systems and finance or billing tools
  • Strong attention to detail and an organised approach to managing priorities
  • Clear communication skills and confidence working with colleagues across different teams and locations
