Surgical Critical Care APP (PA/NP) Per-Diem Opportunity
Burlington, MA
About Us:
Nationally recognized 345-bed tertiary hospital
Level 1 Trauma Center
Two 12-bed Surgical ICUs (SICU & CTICU)
Collaborative team: 12 APPs, 14 Intensivists, Residents
Diverse patients: Cardiothoracic, Trauma, Transplant, Neurosurgery,

Your Impact:
Direct care for critically ill surgical patients.
Manage: Ventilators, resuscitation, hemodynamics, ECMO, vasopressors/inotropes.
Perform procedures: Invasive lines, chest tubes (based on ability).
Rotate between SICU & CTICU.
Qualifications:
MA PA license required.
Must work nights & weekends.
Preferred: 2+ years Critical Care, EM, or CT Surgery experience; Critical Care Fellowship.

Pay Range:
$67.40 - $91.65The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law. Compensation may exceed the base hourly rate depending on shift differentials, call pay, premium pay, overtime pay, and other additional pay practices, as applicable to the position and in accordance with the law.
