We're hiring a PMO Manager as part of Merkle in Sofia.
Job Description:
We need you because the Merkle Client Operations (CO) team is expanding to support new Merkle entities. We need to take over, define, standardise, and optimise their existing processes.
Our team's mission is to enable growth and client focus by centralising and optimising operational activities.
Your main goal in this position is to make life easier for Program/Project Managers, Management, and C-level executives. You will support them with CO processes related to revenue recognition, time tracking, invoicing, resource allocation, and generating and presenting key business metrics. You will be responsible for the delivery governance, standardisation, optimisation, and automation of work across different departments to help them operate as a single entity. You are expected to lead the transformation of the CO processes into new systems and ways of working.
Requirements:
• Experience in new process definition based on specific business needs
• Ability to work in an undefined environment and achieve business goals
• Experience leading business process transformations
• Ability to interact professionally with a range of company C-level executives, including senior stakeholders, and facilitate meetings involving them
• Strong mathematical and Excel skills
• Knowledge of financial terms and principles
• Knowledge of contractual frameworks—MSA, SOW, Change Request, Purchase Orders
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
• Excellent verbal and written English
