Your Role as Director of Nursing

As the DON, you will be the clinical heartbeat of our facility—driving quality outcomes, mentorship, compliance, and patient satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide strategic leadership & oversight of all nursing operations
Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing nursing team
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations
Drive clinical excellence, quality measures, and positive survey outcomes
Partner with interdisciplinary teams to deliver outstanding patient care
Manage staffing, scheduling, and budget performance
Lead initiatives that improve patient outcomes and staff engagement

What We’re Looking For

Qualifications:

Active RN license (CA)
Proven experience as a Director of Nursing (or strong ADON ready to step up)
Background in skilled nursing/post-acute care strongly preferred
