Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

We’re hiring a Repair & Service Customer Service Rep to support our Repair Service Shop in Portland, ME.
This role is ideal for someone who is mechanically inclined or someone who is motivated, and eager to learn.
We’re willing to train the right person who brings strong organization skills, curiosity, and a customer-focused mindset.
What You’ll Do
You’ll work closely with service technicians and internal sales teams to build accurate repair and parts quotes for equipment such as:
Gearboxes
Hydraulic cylinders & power units
Process pumps
Blowers & vacuum pumps
Other industrial rotating equipment
Key responsibilities include:
Review teardown information with technicians to build detailed repair quotes
Source products from branch inventory, distribution centers, or supplier inventory
Work with third-party vendors for pricing and availability
Follow up on open vendor quotes to ensure timely turnaround
Send completed quotes to internal sales for customer submission
Partner with Account Representatives to ensure customer satisfaction
What We’re Looking For
Mechanical aptitude or a strong interest in learning industrial products and repair processes
Ability or willingness to learn to interpret schematics and mechanical parts
Strong organizational and follow-up skills
Strong attention to detail and communication skills
Comfortable coordinating with vendors and internal teams
Industrial distribution or repair experience is a plus
