Meet the Team:

Dexcom’s Information Security organization protects Dexcom’s patients, employees, and data across a rapidly expanding global footprint. We design, build, and operate security programs that safeguard Dexcom’s enterprise, manufacturing, and product ecosystems while enabling the business to innovate safely.

The Philippines Information Security team is a critical delivery hub supporting Dexcom’s global Enterprise IT Information Security program across Security Operations, Security Engineering, Product Security, and Governance, Risk, and Compliance. As part of this hub, we operate large, highly skilled teams responsible for day-to-day security execution, engineering, and compliance.

As a Manager, Information Security, you will lead a portfolio of security teams delivering one or more of these functions. You will be accountable for people leadership, operational execution, and service quality while working closely with the Senior Manager, Information Security – Philippines and global functional leaders.

Where You Come In:

• You will lead a multi-discipline Information Security delivery team in the Philippines, composed of Security Engineers and Analysts across Security Operations, Security Engineering, Product Security, and/or GRC.
• You will own the day-to-day execution of security services including incident response, vulnerability management, security engineering, application and cloud security, and compliance activities based on your assigned portfolio.
• You will provide leadership during major incidents, investigations, and urgent security events, ensuring appropriate response, communication, and recovery.
• You will manage capacity, staffing, shift coverage, and prioritization across multiple teams to ensure reliable and predictable delivery.
• You will work with global Information Security teams through the Senior Manager to ensure priorities, standards, and delivery are aligned.
• You will track and improve operational and security KPIs, driving continuous improvement in efficiency, quality, and risk reduction.
• You will identify process gaps, tooling needs, and training opportunities and work with the Senior Manager to mature the Philippines security organization.

What Makes You Successful:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of experience in Cybersecurity, IT, or a related technical field, with 3+ years leading teams or major security programs.
• Demonstrated success leading security teams across one or more of the following areas: Security Operations, Security Engineering, Product Security, or GRC.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and regulatory requirements such as ISO 27001, NIST, PCI DSS, and SOX.
• Experience leading teams through high-pressure security incidents, outages, and urgent remediation efforts.
• Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to translate security risk into operational priorities.
• Proven ability to build, coach, and retain high-performing teams in a global, matrixed environment.
• Preferred certifications include CISSP, CISM, CISA, or CCSP.

Experience and Education Requirements: ​

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree with 8-12 years of industry experience
• Requires a degree in a technical discipline
• 2-5 years of previous management or lead experience

Work Location:

• This position provides flexibility to work in a hybrid setup periodically reporting either in our Manila (BGC) or Cebu (Ayala) Office.

Travel Required:

• 0 – 15%
