Responsibilities:

  • Development and further improvement of automated vision inspection systems (AVC) in a modern automotive environment

  • Support and continuous optimization of production process automation

  • Integration of AI-based solutions into state-of-the-art inspection systems

  • Rapid study of defects, identification of root causes, and development of innovative solutions

  • Close cooperation with production, quality assurance, and engineering teams

  • Engaged participation in international projects and collaboration with the global engineering community of the Freudenberg Group

  • Adoption and implementation of innovative solutions and best practices in an international automotive environment

Qualifications:

  • Degree in engineering (Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mechatronics)

  • 1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment

  • Knowledge of automation systems

  • Experience with image processing / visual inspection systems

  • Basic knowledge of AI / machine learning is an advantage

  • Ability to use data to inform and solve problems effectively

  • Business-level English language skills
