HR Associate II
Job Description:
Our next HR Associate will be a part of our Corporate HR Team within our HR Solutions Center. This is an exciting team to be a part of as you get to work with many aspects of HR and support many people throughout the organization. We’re looking for a candidate who has some HR experience but is looking to learn, grow and would like a long-term career in HR. The ideal candidate will have great communication skills, a high level of confidentiality, a professional demeanor, the ability to think outside the box, and strong Excel skills.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Administers pre-employment activities, including, but not limited to, creation of offer letters, drug testing, background checks, candidate communications, and completing hire transactions within Workday.
Fields all general inquiries from candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers; escalates inquiries to management or the appropriate resource as necessary.
Monitors candidate interview acceptances through Paradox and assist with travel interview scheduling.
Enters and tracks candidate and employee data in various electronic systems and runs standard reports as required to perform internal audits such as new hire paperwork and benefits audits.
Continuously create and define process improvements focusing on standardization related to HR programs, initiatives, and inquiries.
Performs rotational duties as assigned, including, but not limited to, unemployment claim processing, referral program administration, requisition approvals, and invoicing.
Participates in various HR process improvement projects.
What We Are Looking For:
Previous HR experience
A self-motivated professional who is a quick learner and enjoys providing customer-focused assistance.
Highly prefer previous HR experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), ServiceNow, Workday or similar systems.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle highly sensitive/confidential information.
Ability to perform accurately in a detail-oriented environment.
Skilled in preparing clear and concise documents, including, but not limited to, offer letters, verification of employment, and other HR-related correspondences.
Build and maintain relationships with HR teams to execute critical HR initiatives that deliver best-in-class employee services.
A self-motivated professional who is a quick learner and enjoys providing customer-focused assistance.
Identifies and resolves key issues and patterns from partial/conflicting data
Proficient with Microsoft Office products, such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Knowledge of and the ability to demonstrate effective office practices and etiquette.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Work Arrangement:
Hybrid: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday required office days for Panorama Office site; Monday, Friday-work from home.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:
Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
