About the role
Responsibilities:
Performing processing activities
Conducting communication with internal and external clients
Timely and effective management of all new tasks assigned by manager
Keeping accuracy and timeliness in processing payments
Requirements:
Effective communication in both written and spoken English
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
Analytical skills including investigative mindset, independence in problem solving and a keen eye to detail
Flexibility and readiness to work in a shift system, including public holidays and weekends, to support global operations
