Position Summary

The Senior Analyst, Performance Marketing supports the planning, execution, and optimization of performance marketing initiatives that drive measurable customer and business outcomes. This role combines analytical insight, strong project execution, and cross-functional collaboration to connect digital marketing investments to enterprise results across online and in-store channels. Reporting to a Senior Marketing Manager, this role independently manages defined marketing workstreams while supporting larger initiatives led by senior team members.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Execute end-to-end delivery of assigned performance marketing initiatives, including campaign set-up, stakeholder coordination, agency briefing, creative review, approvals, and launch
  • Support planning and execution of recurring and seasonal marketing campaigns, including quarterly creative development and partner handoffs
  • Analyze campaign performance, identify trends and optimization opportunities, and deliver clear reporting on forecasts, in-market results, and post-campaign outcomes
  • Manage day-to-day relationships with external agencies and vendors to ensure timelines, quality standards, and performance goals are met
  • Partner with senior team members on complex initiatives by supporting analysis, execution, performance tracking, and documentation

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing or advertising, with exposure to digital or retail marketing environments
  • 1+ year of hands-on experience supporting performance marketing initiatives (affiliate marketing experience strongly preferred)
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze marketing data and translate findings into actionable insights
  • Experience managing multiple workstreams and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience across performance marketing channels such as affiliate, paid search, paid social, or content marketing
  • Proficiency with analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics or comparable platforms
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally
  • Experience working with external agencies or vendors

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Liberal Arts, or a related field or equivalent relevant work experience

    Pay Range

    The typical pay range for this role is:

    $46,988.00 - $112,200.00

    This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
