About the Role

Join Hinge’s Trust & Safety group as a Senior Content Designer to drive impactful work across some of Hinge’s most strategic and sensitive product areas. We’re looking for a content designer who thrives in complex, nuanced spaces and brings clarity, empathy, and precision to every interaction. This role is for someone passionate about using language to build trust, reduce harm, and empower people to make meaningful connections with confidence, helping to create a less lonely world.

You’ll lead content design in this space and partner closely with Product, Design, Engineering, Policy, and Research teams to shape how safety is communicated and experienced across Hinge. From prevention and education to reporting and resolution, you’ll design and deliver product flows, in-app messaging, and content frameworks that make experiences clear, consistent, and accessible. In this role, you’ll help Hinge set the standard for safe, human-centered dating experiences.
