The Opportunity 

Valtech is looking for a Senior Business Developer (all genders) to help drive our continued growth across Germany and / or Switzerland.  
 

You love the intersection of design, data and strategy with digital solutions. You understand the consultancy world — because you’ve been in it — and you can translate digital jargon into boardroom strategy. Whether it’s B2B or B2C, you know how to identify business challenges and shape digital solutions that make a real impact. You’re not just a seller — you’re a trusted advisor, capable of guiding clients through transformation journeys that touch every part of their business. 
 

You’ll be responsible for acquiring new enterprise clients and driving strategic conversations across different industries, playing a key role in scaling Valtech’s presence across the region. Backed by the One Valtech regional delivery model, you’ll collaborate with teams of strategists, creatives, technologists and data specialists to deliver full-service digital solutions that matter. 

 

Role Responsibilities: 

  • Position Valtech as a trusted go-to-market partner and consultative advisor for clients across Germany and/or Switzerland
  • Define and execute a focused go-to-market strategy, with a strong emphasis on winning net-new clients in key industries
  • Own the full end-to-end sales cycle: from lead generation and qualification to solution design, pitching, and closing
  • Leverage your existing network to build and grow meaningful, long-term client relationships
  • Build and maintain a high-quality pipeline through outbound efforts, inbound leads, partner referrals, and your personal network
  • Lead RFP processes and pitch teams with a strong focus on value-based selling and consultative engagement
  • Partner closely with marketing and demand generation to drive campaigns and pipeline growth
  • Collaborate with strategic technology, martech, and data partners
  • Keep forecasts and pipeline up to date and transparent in Salesforce
  • Stay on top of Valtech’s capabilities, case studies, and the evolving digital landscape
  • Represent Valtech at industry events, networking opportunities, and partner activations
