The Opportunity:

Exciting Opportunity:  Join CACI as a Staffing Coordinator supporting a high-visibility Systems Engineering & Technical Assistance (SETA) Program in the Annapolis Junction area.  This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys coordinating across multiple teams and takes pride in keeping complex staffing operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

Staffing Operations

  • Manage the full staffing lifecycle from resume review to candidate start date
  • Review resumes against labor categories (LCATs); format and submit to the Govt.
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with talent acquisition, subcontractors and task leads; send feedback

    

Tracking and Documentation

  • Maintain and manage Excel sheet/staffing tracker (resume approval, LOCs, interviews, feedback, security status, start dates)
  • Keep the candidate access database updated with LOCs and status changes
  • Maintain approved resume files, ID tracker, candidate files, program rosters, and LCV documentation

    

Communication & Coordination

  • Send weekly openings to subcontractors
  • Prepare weekly WAR for internal leadership
  • Serve as the POC for staffing-related inquiries from employees, subcontractors, and program leads
  • Assist talent acquisition with creating JRs
  • Request and prepare Labor Category Verification (LCV) forms for CACI and subcontractor hires

Program Support

  • Support the PMO with staffing-related tasks and administrative needs
  • Ensure data storage, file maintenance, and documentation are accurate and audit-ready

Data Storage/File Maintenance

  • Maintain approved resume file and ID# tracker
  • Maintain approved candidate file
  • Excel Staffing tracker
  • Excel Program roster
  • Staffing Access Database
  • Labor Category Verification (LCV) file

Qualifications:

Required: 

  • 8 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition and staffing. 
  • Demonstrated success in building and scaling staffing operations in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. 
  • Familiarity with government contracting and security clearance processes. 
  • TS SCI Level clearance with appropriate poly (highly desirable)


Desired:

  • Professional HR certifications such as SHRM-CP or PHR is a plus.
  • Experience with MS Access for database tracking and Workday for requisition and candidate management.
  • Proficiency in using MS Office – specifically MS Excel.

Pay Range:

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
