The Role
IEQ Capital is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Associate to join our Marketing Team. This individual will play a key role in supporting the execution of marketing initiatives, with a strong emphasis on data tracking, reporting, and team coordination.
The Marketing Associate will work closely with the broader marketing team, advisors, and internal stakeholders to ensure campaigns, events, and digital efforts are effectively tracked, organized, and executed. This is a hands-on role suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys bringing structure and clarity to multiple moving pieces.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, business development, or a related field, preferably in financial services or wealth management
- Strong organizational and project management skills with high attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems preferred
- Familiarity with marketing platforms such as Google Analytics, Mailchimp, Outreach, or digital advertising tools is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive, team-oriented mindset with a willingness to support across functions
- High level of professionalism and accountability
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Operations & Project Coordination
- Support day-to-day marketing operations, including maintaining project trackers and ensuring deadlines are met
- Curate and manage weekly team agendas, ensuring alignment on priorities and deliverables
- Assist with team scheduling and coordination across stakeholders
- Assist in organizing workflows across campaigns, events, and content initiatives
- Research new opportunities and markets for IEQ to pursue, including identifying channels to place the firm’s brand, events, and campaigns
Content Management
- Maintain the IEQ slide library, ensuring materials are current, organized, and aligned with brand standards
- Manage quarterly updates, edits, and version control across core marketing materials
- Partner with Executive Assistants and Business Development to upload approved materials to compliance systems and support events and content initiatives
- Research new opportunities and markets for IEQ to pursue, including identifying channels to place the firm’s brand, events, and campaigns
Data Tracking & Reporting
- Own and maintain accurate data management within Salesforce, ensuring all marketing activities, events, and campaigns are properly tracked
- Track event invitations, attendance, and RSVP data across Excel and Salesforce
- Maintain and organize data related to marketing campaigns and initiatives
- Partner closely with the Senior Director of Marketing to track against team objectives and key performance indicators
- Curate and produce regular reporting on marketing performance, including events, campaigns, and pipeline impact
- Partner with advisors to track and follow up on ROI metrics tied to events and campaigns
- Support reporting efforts across marketing initiatives, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and actionable insights
Digital Advertising & Campaign Support
- Maintain tracking and reporting for digital advertising efforts across platforms
- Assist in organizing campaign performance data and supporting optimization efforts
- Coordinate with internal team members and external partners to ensure campaigns are properly executed and documented
Events & Advisor Support
- Support the execution of events, including tracking attendance, managing logistics, and post-event follow-up
- Assist advisors with event-related coordination and data collection
- Assist with occasional event bio creation and related materials
- Maintain and track conference data across internal systems
- Help ensure all event data is accurately captured and reflected in internal systems
Operational & Administrative Support
- Provide general administrative and operational support to the marketing team
- Assist with vendor coordination, materials organization, and internal documentation
- Support ad hoc projects and team initiatives as needed
Compensation
The salary range for this role, inclusive of base and bonus, is $80,000 - $115,000, depending on skills and experience.
