About Salesforce

Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn’t a buzzword — it’s a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.

Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.

Salesforce Revenue Cloud offers fully integrated revenue lifecycle management tools, including CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote), Catalog Management, Business Rules Engine, Order Management, Asset Management, Billing, and Contract Lifecycle Management. We are one of a few leading companies in the enterprise CLM software category. We have a talented team with unmatched cloud computing and domain experience and a culture of ownership, delivery, and innovation.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager candidate to join our Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) team, as part of Salesforce Revenue Cloud. You will have the opportunity to work on a next-generation, AI-native Contract Lifecycle Management platform that is comprehensive (end-to-end authoring, negotiation, execution, and obligation management), intelligent (powered by Einstein AI and Agentforce for autonomous contract intelligence), scalable (supporting enterprise sell-side and buy-side contracting), and addresses the contract management needs of multiple industries.
You are expected to bring in a stellar product sense and a proven track record in outstanding 0-to-1 execution. You'll also prioritize kindness in your collaboration and be excellent at bringing a team together to rally around a common goal. You'll create, share, and drive strategic vision and execution for products new and old that are loved by their users.

Responsibilities

  • Drive growth in Revenue Cloud by building CLM features to support key enterprise customer needs across contract authoring, negotiation, execution, amendments, and renewals.

  • Own the product vision for Salesforce Contracts. Be an expert on CLM use cases, legal operations domain, and the competitive landscape.

  • Define and drive the AI strategy for contracts — including clause intelligence, contract playbooks, AI-assisted redlining, and Agentforce-powered contract agents.

  • Collaborate with UX and the technology team to develop, test, and deliver assets to engineering — from clause library design to document generation workflows.

  • Evangelize the vision to customers, team, and stakeholders and ensure that it aligns with the overall Revenue Cloud and company vision.

  • Build and deliver a roadmap that excites customers and colleagues alike by building a well-defined backlog spanning contract authoring, negotiation, compliance, and analytics.

  • Partner closely with adjacent product teams (CPQ, Billing, Document Generation, Data Cloud, Agentforce) to deliver a seamless quote-to-contract-to-cash experience.

  • Manage and expand relationships between Product and Engineering teams to deliver world-ready products and internationally applicable features including multi-language contracts and regional compliance.

  • Embrace a culture that measures and rewards customer adoption and success. Define what success means for everything you release before it's built. Develop ways to consistently define and monitor success.

Role Requirements

  • 10+ years of product management or equivalent experience in the Enterprise B2B SaaS.

  • Proven track record of prototyping and launching innovative and user-centered products.

  • Deep understanding of contract management workflows — authoring, clause negotiation, redlining, approval routing, e-signature, amendments, and renewals.

  • Experience with AI/ML product development — ideally in the context of NLP, document intelligence, or generative AI applied to legal/contract workflows.

  • Experience presenting to executives and handling sensitive customer situations.

  • Familiarity with legal operations, compliance frameworks, and enterprise procurement processes.

  • Experience in agile methodologies and working with scrum teams.

  • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong analytical skills and foundational understanding of computer science.

  • Ability to lead and work autonomously.

  • Strong organizational, written, and oral communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Salesforce platform, Revenue Cloud, or CRM ecosystems.

  • Familiarity with CLM industry leaders (Agiloft, Icertis, Ironclad, Conga) and competitive positioning.

  • Understanding of Enterprise Contract Lifecycle Management, Legal Tech, or Document Automation software

  • Background in enterprise integration patterns — connecting CLM to CRM, ERP, and procurement systems.

  • Experience with data-driven product decisions using analytics platforms.

Unleash Your Potential
