Shift: Fri – Sun, 4:00pm – 5:30am, OT as needed
What You Will Do:
As a Manufacturing Team Lead, you will oversee daily production operations while guiding a team to meet safety, quality, and delivery goals. This role combines hands-on manufacturing leadership with process improvement, ensuring efficient production while maintaining compliance in a regulated environment.
- Lead day-to-day production activities, ensuring schedules, staffing levels, and output targets are achieved
- Delegate work, provide onsite leadership, and ensure accountability across production team members
- Monitor performance metrics and escalate risks or resource constraints to manufacturing leadership
- Lead root cause investigations and implement corrective actions to improve safety, quality, and efficiency
- Drive compliance with GMP, GDP, and quality standards, including ownership of nonconformances, CAPAs, and PPS initiatives
- Ensure safe operations by enforcing policies, documenting incidents, and promoting a strong safety culture
- Support production execution by coordinating materials, assisting with lot control activities, and resolving operational issues
- Develop team capability through training, feedback, and performance management, including shift handoffs and communication
What You Need:
Required
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum five (5) years experience in a manufacturing or cGMP environment
Preferred
- Associate’s, or Bachelor’s degree
- Previous leadership experience
- Seven (7) years of manufacturing experience
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Frequently stand, walk, and move throughout the production floor
- Working in a manufacturing environment with machinery and required PPE
$38.31 - $54.21/hr + $2.00 shift premium, plus bonus eligible and benefits.
