Hourly Rate:       $30.00

Summary

Legends Global, the leader in privately managed public assembly facilities has excellent openings for Operations Supervisor at The Greek Theatre. Under direct supervision, Food & Beverage Operations Supervisor are responsible for supervising and supporting hourly staff, ensuring efficient day-to-day F&B operations. overseeing inventory management and deliveries, maintaining service and safety standards, assisting with POS and specialty beverage execution as needed, and supporting training and development of team members.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Effectively possess strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead, support, and direct team members during event operations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple operational tasks.
• Basic knowledge of POS systems, inventory tracking, and cash handling procedures preferred.
• Oversee the management of inventory and deliveries.
• Maintain service and safety standards.
• Assist with POS and specialty beverage execution as needed
• Support training and development of team members.
• All other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Education and/or Experience       

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High School diploma or GED required; additional relevant experience may be substituted.
• Must possess current ServSafe, TIPS, and RBS certifications
• Previous Food & Beverage or hospitality experience preferred.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience in Food & Beverage, hospitality, or event operations preferred.

Skills and Abilities

• Positive, customer service-oriented attitude at all times.
• Ability to undertake and complete multiple tasks efficiently.
• Attention to detail and strong time management.
• Ability to lift and move up to 40–50 pounds as needed.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during event operations.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to take directions, perform work independently, and communicate effectively.
