Position Summary
The Food & Beverage Outlets Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of all dining outlets, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, efficient service, and strong financial performance. This role leads and develops teams, maintains brand standards, and collaborates across departments to deliver memorable food and beverage experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Operations Management
- Oversee daily operations of all F&B outlets (restaurants, bars, lounges, room service, etc.)
- Ensure service standards are consistently executed at a high level
- Monitor cleanliness, organization, and overall ambiance of all outlets
- Address guest concerns promptly and professionally
Team Leadership
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop outlet team members and supervisors
- Create and manage staff schedules based on business levels
- Foster a positive, engaging, and accountable team culture
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback
Guest Experience
- Ensure every guest receives exceptional, personalized service
- Maintain strong floor presence during peak periods
- Handle VIP guests and special requests with care and attention
Financial Performance
- Manage labor costs, inventory, and operating expenses
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting for outlets
- Monitor revenue performance and identify opportunities to increase profitability
- Ensure proper cash handling and adherence to financial controls
Quality & Compliance
- Maintain food safety, sanitation, and health standards
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations
- Partner with culinary leadership to maintain food quality and consistency
Collaboration
- Work closely with Culinary, Banquets, and Events teams
- Support special events, promotions, and seasonal offerings
- Communicate effectively with all hotel departments
What are we looking for?
Qualifications
- 2–5+ years of experience in food & beverage management, preferably in a hotel or resort setting
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Excellent communication and guest service abilities
- Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations
- Experience with POS systems and scheduling software
- Open availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Compensation:
$60,000-

Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location. This may differ in other locations due to cost of labor considerations.
