- Plan Archive monthly and biweekly payroll processes for: Salaries and Salaries
- Coordinate and Execute Socialist Cestatickets, Public Services, Advance of Profits, Social Benefits, Advance of Social Benefits, Vacations, Vacation Bonuses and special payrolls.
- Carry out effective calculations of social benefits, utilities, pension plan.
- Prepare and ensure personnel settlement calculations.
- Prepare single accounting closing, list of personnel statistics.
- Receive and review correspondence addressed to Human Resources Management.
- Keep processes updated with government entities such as: FAOV, SSO, INCES, CONAPDIS, Ministry of Labor, Income Tax and Sudeaseg.
- Maintain an updated list of employees to report monthly to the different departments (Finance, Administration, Systems).
- Manage the health plan, Life Policy and Funeral Services Policy and personal accidents.
- Preparation of the newsletter for employees of the monthly programming of Human Resources Management.
- Preparation of payment orders for suppliers and benefits, as well as their creation and search for the necessary documents to join the company.
- Inform the benefits department of updates, renewals and any other eventuality that may arise.
- Provide support in other Human Resources subsystems when the case warrants it.
- Define strategies that ensure balance and contribute to the continuity of processes.
- Keep internal and external auditors informed of the documentation when the corresponding audits are carried out and support the departments as needed.
- Evaluate and ensure the execution of staff training and development programs.
- Guarantee the preparation, review and updating of organizational charts.
- Participate in the logistics of any event held by the company (mother's day, father's day, worker's day, Christmas breakfast, end of year event, women's day, recognition for years of service, toys for employees' children in December , monthly birthday reminders).
- Keep payroll and holiday calendars up to date.
- Keep your supervisor informed of the different activities carried out with weekly meetings.
- Support in searching for vacancies within the organization.
- Enforce policies related to human resources.
- Develop guidelines for an organizational culture and climate.
- Support regional Human Resources reports.
- Ensure the proper development of employee activities.
- Regional Reports (Global Tax Controversy, Global Tax Payers, RTP).
- Keep surveys sent by Mercer updated for salary studies in local and hard currency.
- Provide work certificates to active and inactive employees as requested.
- Keep files updated with up-to-date documents.
- Prepare the Human Resources management budget annually.
- Send regional Kpi and scorecard reposts.
- Follow up on regional guidelines, such as: uploading objectives, updating data, talking to supervisors in Workday.
- Ensure compliance with office hours, dress code for employees.
What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Administration, Industrial Relations or related degree.
- More than 3 years of experience relevant to the work area related to customer service, human resources.
- Flexible, adaptable schedules and time availability with prior notification.
- Exceptional communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively within and across departments.
- Exceptional attention to detail and precision.
- Ability to plan and organize work with maximum supervision.
- Experience in quality metrics is desirable.
- Demonstrated experience in Human Resources management, proactive problem-solving ability with a solution-oriented attitude.
- Ability to collaborate between other departments and teams.
- Bilingual.
- Knowledge of the Infocent system, verifiable.
- Knowledge of Word, Excel and Office in general.
