Office Intern

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Temporary Office Intern to support our team during an upcoming office relocation. This short-term position will assist with organizing, packing, labeling, inventory tracking, and coordinating office materials and supplies before, during, and after the move.

Job Description:

• Assist with packing and unpacking office equipment, files, and supplies

• Label and organize boxes and workspaces

• Help maintain inventory of office furniture, equipment, and materials

• Coordinate with team members and vendors to support move-related activities

• Perform general administrative and clerical duties as needed

• Assist with setting up workstations and common areas in the new office location

Additional Job Description:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to lift and move boxes and office materials as needed

• Basic computer proficiency

• Reliable, flexible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Pay Range:

$18.00 - $18.00

The pay range for this position is outlined above. The final amount offered at the start of employment is determined based on factors including, but not limited to, experience level, knowledge, skills, abilities and geographic location, and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance and market factors.
