We are looking for an experienced and results‑oriented Senior IT Portfolio Manager to join our IT PMO organization. In this role, you will have a key impact on how IT investments are planned, prioritized, and governed to support our strategic objectives and long‑term business value.

As a Senior IT Portfolio Manager, you will act as a trusted partner between business stakeholders, IT, and project managers, ensuring transparency, alignment, and disciplined portfolio management across a broad and complex IT landscape.

Your responsibilities

• Lead and continuously develop the IT project portfolio management framework aligned with business and IT strategy.

• Manage demand intake, prioritization, and portfolio governance to ensure transparent and value-driven investment decisions.

• Oversee portfolio performance, dependencies, risks, and benefits realization, providing actionable insights to senior stakeholders.

• Facilitate IT portfolio and steering meetings, ensuring clear decisions, high-quality materials, and follow-up.

• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to improve processes, tools, and ways of working across the portfolio.

Expectations for you

• A relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, engineering, business, or a related field.

• Over 5 years of experience in IT project or portfolio management within a complex organization.

• Strong understanding of IT governance, portfolio management, and investment decision-making.

• Ability to communicate confidently with senior stakeholders in English.

• Experience with portfolio management or ITSM tools (e.g. ServiceNow) is an advantage.
