【業務内容】  

主に以下の業務を、プロジェクトベースで実施して頂きます。  

本募集ポジションにおいては、以下の5種類の業務のうち、1および5を主だった業務とするものの、実際の担当業務と役割は、担当者の能力、経験に基づき決定します。  

 

1．ESG戦略策定（ESG-DD含む）・ESG開示基準・気候変動リスクアセスメントに対するアドバイザリー業務／Advisory services for ESG strategy development, ESG disclosure and climate risk assessment 

• TCFD・SFDR・TNFD・SBTi・ISSBなど、常に変動する開示基準の要件をタイムリーに取得し、整理。  

• クライアントが検討する企業のESG対応の方針について理解し、必要とされる業務内容を構築し、社内外のリソースを手配してチームを形成し、プロジェクト化。 

• 特定物件のESG対応状況を確認し、望ましい対応状況とのギャップを埋めるための対応策を提案。 

• プロジェクト化した業務をスタッフとともに推進し、クライアントの戦略策定のための成果物を作成・説明・納品。  

 

2．テクニカルビルディングアセスメントの実施 ／Technical building assessment services (Net zero carbon audit & Energy audit) 

• ビルのエネルギー・水・廃棄物などの管理状況の調査。  

• アセスメントのために必要な情報の収集とまとめ。  

• 現地調査を実施し、管理状況・設備の設置状況の確認。  

• 情報に基づき分析を行い、効率化対策の提案と報告書の作成。 

• 新築、開発および改修プロジェクトの場合は、設計・施工フェーズそれぞれにおいて、施主の目線にて設計者・施工者から提案される仕様が施主の望む省エネ性能に合致しているかの確認し、アドバイスの実施。 

 

3．サステナビリティデータ管理業務 ／Sustainability data management services 

• 省エネ法、GRESBなどの、サステナビリティデータ（エネルギー・水・廃棄物）の管理。  

• クライアント・PM・BMなどの関係者からの証憑（請求書など）収集の管理と定型書式、ツールへの入力状況の管理。  

• データの分析を行い報告書を作成し、クライアントへ報告。   

 

4．グリーンビル認証取得支援業務／Green building certification consulting services 

• LEED・WELL・Fitwel・CASBEEなどの環境認証取得に関する技術的アドバイス・コンサルティング業務。新築・既存・テナント入居等の建物ライフサイクルにおける取得のタイミングは多様。 

• クライアント・プロジェクトマネージャー・設計施工チーム・ビル管理運用者その他多様なステークホルダーとの適宜適切なコミュニケーション、コスト・工程との調整を図りながらの技術的提案。 

• 業務に対するリスク管理・品質管理を含むチーム管理（報告書・申請図書作成・プレゼン含む）。 

 

5．サステナビリティ関連オルタナティブ業務／Sustainability related alternative services 

• 上記1.～4. のいずれにも属さず、新機軸業務全般。 

• 自治体企業誘致プロジェクトへの参画、ESG投資の経済的価値の見える化などの業務。

【必須条件：経験・スキル】

• 不動産・ファシリティ・建築設備・ビル管理に関する技術的知識  

• 省エネルギー診断・省エネルギー施策の実施・省エネ法定期報告の実務経験 

• グリーンビル認証の技術的知識 

• 海外支社との連携 

• 会議のファシリテート能力および問題解決能力 

【歓迎する経験・資格】

• 日本語・英語でのコミュニケーション
