About the role
角色职责:
- 协助项目经理/项目总监完成LEED、WELL、CGBL、调试能源审计、ESG等咨询服务，包括：
- 参与项目技术会议，制定技术方案；
- 与设计团队、施工方、业主等多方沟通协作，推动绿色措施在项目中落地实施；
- 完成项目文件整合，技术报告撰写，协助完成认证文件的递交；
- 逐步实现独立管理LEED、WELL和CGBL项目的执行流程；

最低要求:
- 优先建筑环境、暖通、给排水、电气、环境科学、建筑可持续科学或相关专业本科或以上学历；
- 优先考虑具有建筑可持续咨询、建筑节能低碳咨询、ESG咨询、建筑机电工程或类似背景的候选人；
- 熟悉LEED、WELL或CGBL标准的候选人优先；
- 英语阅读写作能力良好，英语听说能力需满足日常沟通需求；
- 本职位需要具备项目管理思维，具有研究创新意识和综合解决问题能力；
- 对绿色建筑、健康建筑、环境保护和可持续发展有热情，愿意在这些领域持续发展；
- 候选人应具备良好的自我管理能力、团队合作精神、独立思考和解决问题的能力；
- 能够在压力下工作，接受不定期差旅。
