To support our growing team, we are looking for a motivated Valuation Intern who is eager to gain hands‑on experience in real estate valuation, financial analysis, and market research within an international environment.

Your Responsibilities

As a Valuation Intern, you will work closely with our valuers and analysts on a variety of assignments. Your tasks will include:

Market & Data Analysis

  • Collecting and analysing market data (rents, yields, transactions, vacancy rates, etc.)
  • Supporting the preparation of market research and benchmarking reports
  • Monitoring trends in the Czech and CEE real estate markets

Financial Modelling & Valuation Support

  • Assisting in the preparation of valuation models (DCF, income approach, comparable method)
  • Supporting the creation of cash‑flow analyses and sensitivity scenarios
  • Helping prepare valuation reports for banks, investors, and corporate clients

Project & Administrative Support

  • Assisting with property inspections and data collection
  • Preparing presentations, summaries, and client deliverables
  • Ensuring accuracy and consistency of valuation inputs and documentation
  • Supporting the team with day‑to‑day tasks and internal processes

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who is proactive, analytical, and eager to learn:

  • Ongoing university studies in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field
  • Strong interest in real estate valuation, investment, and market analysis
  • Good command of English and Czech
  • Solid skills in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and strong numerical skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Team‑oriented, communicative, and motivated to grow in a professional environment
