About the role

Lead category & brand strategy, activation and execution, roll out NPDs, promotion calendar and media to drive sustainable & healthy brand consumption and sales growth for local market.

A day in the life

Drive sustainable growth grounded in consumer & shopper insight

  • Accountable for accelerated share, sales, and profit growth of assigned portfolio by embedding a deep understanding of local consumer behaviors, needs, and barriers.
  • Closely monitor and track brand KPIs across market and channels, proactively analyze and recommend insight-led interventions and actions to address and unlock growth in both short- and long-term horizons.

Translate the regional strategy into locally resonant activation plans

  • Lead the development and execution of integrated media and activation plans by translating regional brand strategies into culturally relevant, insight-driven local campaigns, ensuring strong resonance across priority consumer segments, channels, and occasions.'

Design and deliver insight-led 360° brand activations

  • Execute and evaluate end-to-end activation programs – core brand activations and new product launches- by leading cross functional collaborations with the Commercial Excellence (Trade Marketing), Sales, Expert, Demand, Supply and Finance teams together with building strong partnerships with agencies.
  • Drive digital excellence by leveraging local data, trends, and platform behaviors to deliver high-impact, locally relevant engagement.

Growth drivers and investment choices

  • Identify growth drivers and optimizing A&P between brand-building and conversion and across relevant consumer touchpoints.
  • Leverage local data, trends, and platform behaviors to deliver high-impact, culturally relevant activations with strong linkage between consumer insight, execution excellence, and ROI delivery.

Model Haleon values & behaviors and compliance with all internal/external codes of practice/requirements.

Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5+ years related experience within FMCG / Consumer healthcare industry, with proven track record of achievements
  • Experienced in new product launch and driving large scale brand campaign activations.
  • Experience in brand architecture, setting brand/variant roles & priorities and building portfolio.
  • Strong commercial experience in developing and implementing brand execution plans
  • Good understanding of modern trade and drug store practice
  • Sensitive to OTC market / compliance requirement
  • Strategic commercial & analytical thinking expertise
  • Proven collaborator, team player and alliance building oriented
  • Excellent communicator and active listener
  • Role requires strong understanding of marketing, shopper and expert marketing, sales and finance to drive brand performance
  • Ability to lead and inspire 

Preferred

If you have the following qualifications and/experience, it would be a plus:

  • Master’s degree
  • Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and deliver results in a matrix organization
  • Strong financial capabilities and business acumen
  • Ability to adapt and work effectively within a variety of situations including organizational changes and changes in job demands
  • Experience in healthcare/wellness industry preferred
