What this job involves:
To achieve the timely and efficient delivery of pantry and tea services to Client at client’s premises and support their business needs.
Monitor pantry inventory levels regularly and generate timely reports to support replenishment planning.
Manage daily milk distribution across all coffee points to ensure adequate supply.
Conduct periodic stocktaking of general pantry supplies including coffee beans, tea, sugar, condiments, and first-aid kits.
Clean, sanitize, and organize pantry utensils, equipment, and storage areas to maintain high standards of hygiene and order.
Ensure continuous availability of in-house beverages (e.g., tea, coffee, water, soft drinks) for staff and visitors.
Provide professional tea/coffee service for guests and meeting attendees as required.
Coordinate external catering services and support venue setup (e.g., tables, signage, refreshments) for internal meetings, events, or functions.
Assist the team in ordering and managing coffee, snacks, or lunch deliveries from local restaurants or cafés.
Perform dishwashing and routine cleaning in client-facing areas including countertops, sinks, and shared surfaces.
Carry out laundry-related tasks (e.g., washing, drying, folding, and restocking of napkins, towels, or linens) as needed.
Perform scheduled descaling and basic maintenance of coffee machines to ensure optimal performance and hygiene.
Required Skills and Experience:
At least 3-5 years’ relevant working experience
Experience as pantry attendant or customer services would be an advantage
Neat & tidy, organized, proactive, careful and customer/service focus
Able to communicate in simple English is preferred
Able to support irregular working hours

- 清潔、消毒及整頓 pantry 內之餐具、設備及儲物空間,維持高標準的衛生與整潔秩序。
- 持續備妥內部飲品(例如:茶、咖啡、礦泉水、軟性飲料等),供員工及訪客隨時取用。
- 按需要為來訪賓客及會議參與者提供專業得體的茶水/咖啡服務。
- 協調外判餐飲服務,並支援內部會議、活動或公司活動之場地布置(例如:桌椅擺設、指示牌、茶點安排等)。
- 協助團隊訂購及管理來自本地餐廳或咖啡店之咖啡、小食或午膳外送服務。
- 在客戶可見區域(如前台、開放式茶水間等)執行洗碗及日常清潔工作,包括檯面、洗手盆及共用設施表面。
- 按需要處理相關洗衣事務(例如:清洗、烘乾、摺疊及補充餐巾、毛巾或布巾等)。
- 按時為咖啡機進行除垢及基本保養,確保設備運作暢順、衛生安全。
技能與經驗:
- 具備至少 3 至 5 年相關工作經驗;
- 曾擔任 pantry 服務員或客戶服務崗位者優先考慮;
- 儀容整潔、井然有序、主動積極、細心謹慎,並具備強烈的客戶服務意識;
- 能以簡單英語溝通者優先;
- 能配合非固定工作時間(例如:早班、晚班、輪值或突發加班安排)。
