QUALIFICATIONS

•  Post-secondary degree/diploma or equivalent in IT with at least second year completed.
• Excellent English communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills with strong attention to accuracy and detail.
• Familiarity with computers, printers, cell phones and network switches. 
• Familiarity with Office 365 and other business applications.
• A definite interest in technology, computer hardware & software.

DESIRABLE ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

(Optional) – Preferred but not required

• Manufacturing experience
• Familiarity with SQL, Kepware, PLCs, Power Apps, Power BI, and scripting.

MAIN TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Compensation: $24.40 - $27.58 per hour
• Support IT applications in manufacturing areas including WMS, Andon and MES.
• Set up and support IT hardware such as shop floor PCs, label printers, and scanners.
• Monitor and ensure security compliance with computers and mobile devices.

• Provide backup support for Systems Administrators to resolve user or production issues.
• Assist with documentation of IT/OT systems, standards, and procedures.
• Ensure that all Systems procedures are carried out in accordance with the Mytox BOS manual.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace in IT areas using effective housekeeping practices.
• Provide on-call technical support and on-site technical support for Mytox Personnel outside of regular business hours as required.
• Adheres to all Mytox safety rules and regulations.
• Any other reasonable request by management.
